DELIVERY & REFUNDS POLICY

We take the utmost care to package and deliver orders so that they arrive you will safely. 

PRINTS

Please allow 7-10 working days for the delivery of your fine art prints, which are sent by NZ Post. A3 are sent in jiffy bags and A2 / A1 in tubes. Please allow longer for worldwide deliveries. 

ORIGINALS

All originals are wrapped in acid free tissue paper, bubble wrap and box packaging and delivered by courier or NZ post depending on the size and will e sent tracked and sign on delivery. Works over $600 are insured. 

SHIPPING COSTS

For an accurate shipping delivery cost please add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout. For commissions this will discussed during the design process. 

Orders are typically shipped out within 3-5 business days, and arrival may vary. Within NZ we suggest 7-10 days from purchase. If you require rush shipping, please contact joannamcowenart@gmail.com prior to purchase.

GST / Tax

Joanna McOwen Art is not currently registered for tax, but this may change at any time. For all international deliveries the receiver may be charged tax on arrival and this is up to the individual country. 

REFUNDS

No refunds will be provided unless the goods are damaged during delivery. Full photos documenting damage will be required with a copy of a lodged report from local Post Office or courier office before a refund will be considered. 

Joanna McOwen Art will not take responsibility for packages lost due to inaccurate/incomplete address information provided by the customer.
